A Cambridgeshire Police spokesman said: “A 15-year-old boy has died. The death is not being treated as suspicious.” The spokesman had said earlier: “We were called at around 8am this morning to reports of a sudden death of a child in Fox’s Way, Comberton. “Police and ambulance services are currently on the scene.”
Forensics were at the scene but left a short time after arriving. The sudden death of a 15-year-old boy saw a major police and paramedic response as officers were called to a house in Fox’s Way in Comberton at about 8am after the teenager was reported dead.
Five police cars and one ambulance were at a detached house in Foxes Way and an air ambulance had landed in the field alongside Long Road.
Our sympathies go out to the family.
