Red Arrows were at the  Duxford Flying Finale 2024 ,
and Comberton was overflown  (almost) TWICE !

The  Red Arrows missed Huntingdon and came from Bury St Edmunds did a circuit around the A603 south of the Eversdens before looping over Stapleford and Melbourne into the original flight path. You would have seen them from the rec.

Afterwards they flew back to RAF Waddington this time passing over Fox’s Bridge. They came over Green End on the way back over the footpath to the Rec.

The Typhoons circled Cambridge mid afternoon

Also keep an eye out for the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Avro Lancaster bomber and a Spitfire PR XI and RAF Typhoon Display team formation
plus other aircraft transiting to and from the air show
