The M11 will be closed northbound from J14 all the way to J24 on the A14 at Swavesey.

The weekend closure will be in place from 9pm on Friday night until 6am on Monday morning.

Diversion route one

Friday night – Vehicles will be diverted west onto A1303, A428 westbound and A1 northbound to re-join the A14 at Brampton Hut.

Diversion route two

Saturday morning and Monday morning – Vehicles will be diverted west on the A428 then north on the A1198 to re-join the A14 at junction 23 to continue westbound.

Remember that you do not need to stockpile and that excessive purchases of commodities leave nothing for the needy and pensioners who may not be able to afford more than their weekly shop. They may not even be able to shop !

and if you then bin it because you didn’t use it you may have caused hardship or worse to the vulnerable !
