Yes it really was hot.

Comberton hit over 32 degrees on Bank Holiday Monday 2019 just after lunchtime and just before the local Church Bank Holiday Fete started.. PHEW !

A scorcher today in Comberton

We hit 36.8 in the shade this afternoon… 25 July 2019

Apparently those in Cambridge City got to a UK record 38.1, so we are CooL.

Phew

If we get a similar hot plume then keep cool – close curtains and windows after 10am until 7pm (yes – but it works), Then open all windows after 9pm until 7am to refresh your dwelling.

If you want to chill out them simply visit St’ Mary’s Church, sit in the pews then contemplate or read  a novel  maybe on your kindle.

There’s a loo and drinking water so no problems out/in.
